At GigFit, our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain items are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at thegigfit@gmail.com and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
